Data Protection Methodology

The RKC Dojo uses the following methodologies to ensure the date of current and future members are protected:

1. Limit access: Only those administrators who need access to your data to have it. A detailed record of all who has access is kept.

   
   

2. Multifactor authentication is used for data that is stored in the cloud: Users are to verify their identity in more than one way.

3. Software and software security is kept up to date to ensure there is no security vulnerabilities.

   
   

4. Regular data clean-up your data to remove outdated or inaccurate information.

   
   

5. Only necessary data is collected to complete a transaction.

   
   

6. Secure networks are used when dealing with member's date.

   
   

7. Strong passwords are set on all accounts that may access our member's data.
